Ford’s focus is on empowering, training and promoting the best-qualified individuals – regardless of sexual orientation, gender or gender identity, while supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.One of the key initiatives that was introduced is Ford Globe – an employee resource group for our LGBTQIA+ employees, and those of our agencies and subsidiaries, around the world.
